- Establishing a bookkeeping system (accounting policy, system of accounts, system of vouchers, other administration and documentation)
- Keeping cash book, book of accounts, EVA administration
- Keeping book of accounts and analytic administration such as:
- assets and immaterial properties
- inventories
- buyers and transporters
- in-house cash office
- bank
- salary
- taxesk
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing tasks
- Balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow, business report, appendices
- Bookkeeping and statements in accordance with the location or bearer of costs, on demand. We can provide information immediately about the items and invoices entered up in the ledger, on request of the client.
- Keeping clients informed about their budget payment responsibilities (e.g. TB contribution to be paid monthly, local taxes, community taxes, etc.)
- APEH and TB administration regarding control and modification of declarations, representation of clients in front of APEH.
- Making and planning of management reports
- Auditing of books
